摘    要: 以目前国内规模最大的双洞八车道高速公路隧道为背景,详细介绍四车道特大断面大跨度隧道施工过程中支护体系应力现场监测的项目、方法及手段,对不同施工工序下隧道支护体系力学性态进行监测与分析。研究结果表明:(1) 右导洞上台阶、左导洞下台阶和核心土上台阶开挖引起支护体系应力分布较大变化,是隧道主要监测控制点;(2) 封闭支护结构及对拉锚杆的使用是改善结构受力和抑制隧道变形有效途径,应尽早施作仰拱和形成封闭环。研究成果可为日后类似工程的设计、施工和研究提供有益的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Based on the largest highway tunnel with two holes and eight lanes in China,the contents,technique and method of the stress monitoring of the support system are described. The tunnel stresses during different construction procedures are monitored and analyzed. The results show that:(1) The construction of the up-stage in the right hole,the down-stage in the left hole and the up-stage of the core soil are the main points changing the stress distribution of the support system greatly. (2) The enclosure of lining and using of the cross anchor are effective methods to improve the performance of lining and restrain the deformation of the tunnel. Therefore,it is important to construct the inverted arch and enclose the lining. The results can be adopted in the design,construction and research of similar tunnels.
