摘    要:以PET/MMT纳米共混体系为研究对象,对比研究啮合同向平行双螺杆挤出机(TSE)、往复式单螺杆销钉挤出机(RSPE)和串联式磨盘挤出机(SDSE)3种连续混炼装备的混炼性能.MMT片层间距变化以及共混物微观结构均表明3种装备中SDSE的混炼效果最好,TSE的混炼效果稍强于RSPE.从比能耗来看,加工单位质量物料SDSE耗能最多,而TSE略高于RSPE.对连续混炼装备的选择具有一定指导作用.

Abstract:A comparison study was done to evaluate the mixing performances of the three kinds of continuous compounding equipments,including intermeshing co-rotating parallel twin screw extruder(TSE),reciprocating single screw pin-barrel extruder(RSPE) and series disc-screw extruder(SDSE),based on the PET/MMT nano-composite system.Both the change of the d-spacing of MMT and the microcosmic structure showed that the mixing performance of the SDSE was the best in the three kinds of the equipments.Furthermore,the mixing ...
