台区同期线损率标杆值与合理区间计算方法

摘    要:同期线损率合理值计算是配电台区线损精细化管理的重要组成部分,为定位线损异常台区进而精准降损提供有效的技术支撑。本文将影响线损的复杂因素分解与降维,避免难以准确获取的台区网架参数,建立基于计量偏差、均衡满载工况下的线路传输损耗、负荷特征、基础损耗等台区特性参数的同期线损率计算模型。基于大数据分析,提出特性参数的“双重学习”求解算法,实现每个台区个性化特性参数的求解;通过对同类型台区参数的关联分析,求解各类型台区的特性参数合理区间,实现异常台区的判别和参数合理值学习;最终实现全量台区在不同供电量下的同期线损率标杆值与合理区间智能计算。基于实际应用,验证了算法模型的合理性与有效性。

Abstract:The calculation of reasonable value of synchronous line loss ratio is an important part of the delicacy management of line loss in power distribution station. It provides effective technical support for locating the stations with abnormal line loss, and then helping to reduce the energy loss accurately. This paper decomposes the complex influencing factors, reduces the dimensionality of multi-dimensional influencing factors, and establishes a synchronous line loss ratio calculation model based on characteristic parameters such as metering deviation, transmission loss under balanced full load conditions, load characteristic and basic loss. Based on big data analysis, a "dual learning" solution algorithm for characteristic parameters is proposed. Solve the characteristic parameters of each station, and through the correlation analysis of the same type of stations, the reasonable interval of characteristic parameters of each type of stations is solved, so as to discriminate the stations with abnormal line loss and the learn the reasonable values of parameters of these stations. Finally, the intelligent computing of benchmark value and reasonable interval of synchronous line loss rate of each station under different power supply are realized. The rationality and effectiveness of the algorithm model are proved by actual applications.
