新常态下绿色矿山建设问题及解决策略研究

为了建设美好家园,改善环境质量,提升人民生活质量水平,国家对环境保护的重视程度和要求越来越高,越来越严格,在新常态下,针对矿山可持续发展更是提出了“绿色矿山”新概念,并积极推动建设绿色矿山。绿色矿山的发展关系着我国矿产资源的合理配置以及生态环境的保护和可持续和谐发展。基于新常态下我国绿色矿山建设的问题进行分析,针对问题提出以下3条解决途径：加大力度推进绿色矿山单位建设,进一步完善升级国家级的绿色矿山标准体系,制定绿色矿山建设相应支持政策。

Study on Problems and Solution Strategies of Green Mine Construction under New Normal Conditions

In order to build a better homeland,improve environmental quality and improve people's living standards,the state attaches more and more importance to environmental protection and requires more and more stringent.Under the new normal situation,a new concept of "green mine" is put forward for the sustainable development of mines,and actively promote the construction of green mines.The development of green mines is related to the rational allocation of mineral resources,the protection of ecological environment and the sustainable and harmonious development of China.Based on the analysis of the problems of green mine construction in China under the new normal conditions,puts forward three solutions to these problems:to strengthen the construction of green mine units,to further improve and upgrade the national standard system of green mine,and to formulate corresponding supporting policies for green mine construction.
