摘    要:基于挠曲电效应理论,本文对比研究了红、绿、蓝3种单色光对ADS 模式TFT-LCD 闪烁漂移的影响。主要考察了3种单色背光在能量相同以及不同亮度条件下的闪烁漂移和TFT光漏电流Photo Ioff]特性。实验结果表明Ioff在正常范围内变化时,并不显著影响闪烁漂移量,初步认为:不同光照条件下离子的产生数量和产生速度差异是该条件下导致闪烁漂移的主要因素。

Abstract:Based on flexoelectric effect theory, a comparative study of monochromatic light on flicker shift of ADS mode TFT-LCD has been conducted. The flicker shift and TFT photo leakage current photo Ioff] features have been mainly investigated with monochromatic red, green, or blue backlight in the same energy as well as under different brightness conditions. The results indicated that Ioff changing in the normal range did not significantly affect the amount of flicker shift, it was preliminarily believed that the difference of the amount and generating rate of ions under different light conditions is the main factor resulting in flicker shift under this condition.
