原油减压深拔新工艺研究

摘    要:为了最大限度地提高原油蒸馏过程中轻油的收率,提出了一种新的原油减压蒸馏工艺方法。从装置能耗、轻油收率和设备投资等方面阐述了新工艺的技术特点;利用流程模拟软件Hysys,在相同的操作条件下,用相同处理量的同种原油对新流程和常规流程进行了原油减压蒸馏模拟计算,从装置能耗、轻油收率和设备投资方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:新工艺采用减压闪蒸塔代替减压转油线,降低减压渣油收率2%~4%,使减压蜡油切割点提高到588.7℃以上,有利于原油常减压蒸馏装置的减压深拔操作;同时降低了装置能耗。对原油常减压蒸馏装置深拔设计和扩能改造具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:To maximize light oil yield of crude distillation unit,a new deep-cut vacuum distillation process was recommended.The technical features of the new vacuum distillation process were described in respect of energy consumption,light oil yields and capital investment of equipment.The simulation calculations of crude vacuum distillation of conventional and new processes were made under the same operating conditions and at same capacity and by using the same crude.The unit energy consumption,light oil yield and equipment investment were compared.The results showed that the application of vacuum flash tower to replace vacuum oil transfer line in the vacuum distillation process reduced vacuum residue yield by 2%-4%,and vacuum cutting temperature was higher than 588.7 ℃,which was favorable for the deep-cut operation of vacuum distillation unit.The reduced energy consumption,lowered investment and start-of-the-art process provide a good reference for the design of deep-cut vacuum distillation unit and unit expansion revamping.
