| 摘 要： | 针对某笔记本测试线存在的生产线平衡率低、工位安排不合理、移动距离过长等问题,提出运用工作研究方法加以解决。首先阐述了笔记本测试线的现状,然后用流程程序分析法改善其工艺流程,优化生产线的平面布局,最后对生产线的三个瓶颈工序,全功能测试、QC检验、点胶进行了调整改善。通过改进,缩短了搬运距离,提高了生产线效率,生产线平衡率由原来的72.6%提高到80.8%。
