摘    要:无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数随采矿装备水平的提高而逐步增大,过渡分段相邻分段的采矿进路未形成标准的菱形布置方式,不同出矿进路的顶部矿岩空间形态不同。文章以黄山铜镍矿无底柱分段崩落法结构参数调整的过渡分段为研究对象,采用3DMine软件构建矿岩分界面、放矿椭球体等三维实体模型,分别显现放矿椭球体包含的矿石和废石,并获取其体积信息,进而计算出不同出矿量时所对应的出矿品位、贫化率、出矿率等技术经济指标,制定出无底柱分段崩落法结构参数调整的过渡分段最优放矿方式,为各出矿进路实施差异化放矿管理提供参考依据,同时为无底柱分段崩落法放矿管理提供三维可视化的研究手段。

Abstract:The parameters structural parameters of sublevel caving method without sill pillar gradually increase with the improvement of mining equipments, the adjacent sublevels of the transition sublevel are not standard diamond,the spatial morphology of the top caving rock of ore removal drifts is different.The article takes the transitional segment of the bottomless pillar segmented caving method of Huangshan copper-nickel mine as an example.The 3DMine software is used to construct three-dimensional solid models include the ore boundary and the ore spheroid. The ore and waste rock contained in the drawing ellipsoid appear and be calculated respectively,and then calculate the technical and economic indicators such as mining grade, depletion rate, recovery rate, etc. at different mining volumes, and formulate the structural parameter adjustment of the pillarless sublevel caving method The optimal segmentation method of transitional segmentation provides a reference basis for the implementation of differentiated mining management in each exit route, and at the same time provides a three-dimensional visualization research method for the pillarless sublevel caving method of mining management.
