传统减负荷判据在互联电网中的适应性研究

摘    要:指出了现代互联电网中加强第三道防线的重要意义。对传统低频低压减负荷判据的动作原理和内在不足进行了深入阐述,并通过对IEEE 39节点系统和中国某实际电网的时域仿真加以验证。得出需以全局、动态、交互的观点和手段对传统减负荷判据加以改进,确保互联系统在严重故障后的安全稳定。

Research on the Adaptability of Conventional UFLS/UVLS Criteria for Interconnected Power Systems

Abstract:The significance of enhancing three defense lines in modern interconnected power systems is presented, the action principle and imperfection of conventional UFLS/UVLS criteria is deeply discussed, and the IEEE 39-node system and a practical power system in China are used to simulate to prove it. The result indicates the conventional criteria with global, dynamic, interactive viewpoints and means should be improved to keep the security and stability of power system under serious faults.
