摘    要:食物链中的硒主要来源于植物吸收自土壤的硒,研究土壤中硒的迁移转化及土壤硒的有效性对发展富硒农业十分必要。通过对临潼区张八村同一土壤类型的6条土壤垂向剖面研究发现,张八村表层土壤硒含量均值为0.54 mg/kg,而有效硒含量均值为0.0294 mg/kg,表层土壤硒的活化率表现相对较低;表层土壤各形态硒含量具有相对稳定的分布模式,土壤总硒、有效硒及大部分理化指标在剖面上都几乎呈表聚型;土壤有效硒与总硒呈极显著正相关,与土壤有机碳、全氮、总碳含量显著正相关,而与As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb、Zn 8种重金属元素的相关性均不显著。因此,要持续发展富硒农业,开展有效硒调查很有必要,在农业种植过程中,也可以通过外源施加肥料提高土壤中有机质、全氮、总碳等含量,激活土壤中有效硒含量,进而更加高效开发利用富硒土壤资源。

Abstract:The selenium in the food chain mainly comes from plants and ultimately from the soil. It is necessary to study the migration and transformation of selenium in the soil and the availability of selenium in the soil for the development of selenium-enriched agriculture. A study of 6 soil vertical profiles of the same soil type in Zhangba Village, Lintong District, found that the average selenium content in the surface soil of Zhangba Village was 0.54 mg/kg, while the average effective selenium content was 0.0294 mg/kg, and the activation rate of selenium in the surface soil is relatively low; the selenium content of various forms in the surface soil has a relatively stable distribution pattern. The total selenium, available selenium and most of the physical and chemical indicators of the soil are almost in the surface accumulation type on the profile; the available selenium in the soil is very significantly positively correlated with the total selenium, there is a significant positive correlation with soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, and total carbon content, while the correlation with eight heavy metal elements such as As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, and Zn is not significant. Therefore, to continuously develop selenium-enriched agriculture, it is necessary to carry out effective selenium surveys. In the process of agricultural planting, external fertilizers can also be used to increase the content of organic matter, total nitrogen, and total carbon in the soil to activate the effective selenium content in the soil. Further more efficient development and utilization of selenium-rich soil resources.
