摘    要:故县水利枢纽大坝安全监测与管理系统可对大坝多项监测数据进行定时采集,自动计算各种预定安全指标,给出多种观测效应量的特征值,建立各观测效应量的数学模型,并通过与数据库内指标数据进行对比研究,及时分析评估大坝的工作状态,给出大坝的安全分析报告。该系统的研制与开发,采用了可视化技术,运用先进的数据库技术及计算机软件技术。经实践证明,该系统是稳定、高效和安全的。

Abstract:The dam safety monitoring and management system for Guxian Water Control Project can gather many monitoring data of dam at fixed times, compute each prearranged security indexes automatically, produce the characteristic values of various observation effective quantities and establish their mathematical modes. Through comparing target data with the data in database, the system may promptly analyze the working status of dam and produce the safe analysis report. The development of this system has used visible, advanced database and computer software technology. The practice proved that the system is stable, efficient and safe.
