白炭黑加工改质剂ATE-W在橡胶中的应用研究

摘    要:试验研究白炭黑加工改质剂ATE-W在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用,并与德国莱茵公司的白炭黑分散剂ST进行对比。结果表明,在白炭黑填充胶中加入白炭黑加工改质剂ATE-W,可以明显改善白炭黑在胶料中的分散性,提高胶料的可加工性,可降低胶料的混炼能耗和排胶温度;对硫化胶的物理性能无任何不良影响;可提高胎面胶的抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力;对成品轮胎的强度和耐久性能无影响。ATE-W在胶料中的应用效果与白炭黑分散剂ST基本相当。

Abstract:The experimental researches application of white carbon black processing modification agent ATE-W in full steel loading meridian tire, and compares with white carbon black dispersant ST product by German Rhine company. The results indicate that adding white carbon black processing modification agent ATE-W into rubber filled with white carbon black can significantly improve the dispersion of silica in rubber, improve the processing performance of rubber, and reduce the mixing energy consumption and plastic temperature of rubber; It does not has any bad effect on the physical properties of rubber; It can improve wet resistance and rolling resistance of the tread compound and does not has any effect on strength and endurance of finished tire. Application effect of ATE-W in rubber is basically the same as white carbon black dispersant ST.
