聚乳酸纤维的纺丝与拉伸

摘    要:
以聚乳酸切片为原料,通过熔融纺丝一热板拉伸二步法制得聚乳酸纤维,研究了纺丝温度、拉伸温度、拉伸倍数对聚乳酸纤维性能的影响.实验结果表明,聚乳酸有良好的成纤性;当拉伸倍率为4倍时,聚乳酸纤维的性能最好,即纤维的结晶度、取向度、断裂强度均表现出最佳值.

Abstract:
PLA filament was made from PLA chips by melt-spinning and heat-plate drawing. The effects of temperature and drawing ratio on filament performance were investigated. The results show that the PLA has good fiber-forming behavior. The filament is of best behavior at a drawing ratio of 4, i. e, the break strength, crystallization and orientation of the filament reach the best.
