| 摘 要： | 为有效预防控制学校食物中毒事件的发生 ,合理有效提高学校食品卫生监督质量 ,通过举例分析海南省 1999年～ 2 0 0 3年在学校发生的食物中毒事件 ,提出学校食品卫生监督管理存在的问题 ,建议学校食品卫生监督工作的重点在于加强食堂的卫生监督和对学生开展健康教育。

| Abstract: | The occurence of food poisoning in schools is increasing with the development of market economics.In order to prevent and control food poisonings in schools effectively,it is urgent to improve the quailty of supervision and management of food safety in schools.Through presenting the food poisonings occurred in school in Haikou city from the year 1999 to 2003,the authors put forward the existing problems of supervision and management of food safety in the schools.The key to ensuring food safety in schools is believed to be promoting the supervision and management of the food hygiene and developing health education to students and kitchen staff. |
