摘    要:在无压给料三产品重介质旋流器分选过程中,由于物料的切向速度可能会滞后于重悬浮液的切向速度,致使精煤受矸石污染;为此提出了防止原料煤结团、提高入料切向速度、设置布料锥等解决措施;同时分析了工作压力和给料量对精煤带矸的影响。

Abstract:In the course of separation within a three-product HM cyclone,the tangential velocity of particles are slack behind that of heavy medium,leading to contamination of dirt in concentrate;for such,solution measures proposed as prevention of feed aggregation,increase of tangential velocity,addition of a feed distribution cone,etc;given simultaneously is the analysis of dirt contamination in concentrate in relation of feed pressure and rate.
