聚胺仿油基钻井液研究与应用

摘    要:聚胺仿油基钻井液是一类以聚胺抑制剂和MEG(甲基葡萄糖甙)为主要处理剂的新型钻井液体系,在川西中浅层水平井中得到广泛应用。室内实验表明,该钻井液流变性、抑制性和润滑性较好;现场应用表明,该钻井液性能稳定,抑制性强,润滑性好,水平段井径扩大率较小,起下钻摩阻较低,能够满足川西中浅层水平井的钻井需要。

Abstract:Polyamine pseudo oil -based drilling fluid was a new drilling fluid system consisting chiefly of poly- amine inhibitor and MEG. It was widely used in the middle and shallow layer horizontal wells in chuanxi. Results of experiment showed that the drilling fluid had good rheological properties, inhibition and lubricity; the field application indicated that the drilling fluid had stable performance, strong inhibition and good lubrication; actual hole enlarge- ment rate was small in horizontal section, and trip friction was low. The drilling fluid could meet the drilling require- ments of middle and shallow layer horizontal wells in chuanxi.
