摘    要:煤层气井埋藏浅,且多层,一般需要分层压裂。通常使用的电桥塞施工复杂、成本高;机械丢手封隔器容易出现丢手下移等问题。FXY445-114CⅡ压裂桥塞将送封工具和封堵工具设计为一体、液压坐封、步进锁定、双向卡瓦、下工具解封,解决了上述问题。在应用中效果较好,满足了煤层气井浅、中等压力的压裂施工要求。

Abstract:Layered fracturing stimulation may be selected to Coaled gas layer with shallow imbed and multi layer characteristic. An Accustomed wire bridge plug with high cost may be complex to operate. The problem that mechanic packers may be easy to move down can be solved by bridge plug Y445 114 which can combine sending packer tool and plugging tool to be a whole, set packing with liquid pressure, perform step forward locking, use two way anchors and trip in tool to unset packer. The bridge plug, used efficiently in practical application, can satisfy requirements of fracture stimulation of coaled gas wells with low or middle pressure.
