| 摘 要： | 针对国际上广受争议的开放植物可专利性问题,在介绍了国际情况及我国当前的植物知识产权保护模式的基础上,从研发能力、产业政策、农产品进出口贸易、农民利益等角度进行分析,指出我国应当开放植物的可专利性。
