小型堆以其安全性能高、运行灵活、适应性强、多用途等优势,未来具有较为广阔的发展空间.针对国内外小型堆的研究现状,指出了小型堆在我国现阶段的重点应用领域,并进行了地域适应性分析.总结了目前我国小型堆发展的制约因素,并提出了相关政策建议.
