摘    要:解决燃气轮机的通流问题,确定燃用中低热值合成气燃气轮机的最佳运行工况是研究整体煤气化联合循环(integrated gasification combined cycle,IGCC)系统的重点内容之一。该文对一台200 MW级IGCC机组进行研究,从系统的角度出发提出燃气轮机通流的3种调整方案,并分析方案变化对燃气轮机特性和IGCC系统性能的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内减小压气机入口空气流量或增大透平通流面积,有利于提高燃用中低热值合成气的燃气轮机特性与IGCC系统性能。合理搭配压气机抽气比例和氮气回注量可提高IGCC的系统效率。3种调节方案都存在最佳值,使燃气轮机和IGCC系统获得最大功率与最高效率。研究结果为燃用中低热值合成气燃气轮机的最佳运行工况的确定以及IGCC电站系统的设计和运行提供参考。
