摘    要:为改善手工测量方法的不足,提高测算的效率和精度,采用纱线形态扫描法测量织物中纱线的实际长度,从而计算织物的织缩率,并与传统的手工拆线法做比较。实验利用计算机图像处理技术结合Otsu基本原理对扫描图像进行二值化处理,然后使用计算软件MatLab对图像中提取出的数据进行函数拟合,最后采用定积分的方法计算出所获得的纱线扫描图中的曲线长度。结果表明:2种方法的测量结果非常吻合;纱线形态扫描法对织物中纱线的测定具有快速、简便和准确的特点。
