摘    要:通过表面吸附包覆改性,将Sb2O5胶粒从水相萃取进入非极性有机溶剂中,制备Sb2O5非极性有机溶胶.研究表明:有机胺A对Sb2O5胶粒具有改性作用;有机羧酸B能够促进TEA稳定的Sb2O5胶粒改性.通过实验得到各物质的最佳添加量如下:V(有机胺A)∶m(Sb2O5)≈1:2.22;V(有机羧酸B)∶VTEA≈4:1;采...

Abstract:The Sb2O5 non-polar organic sol was prepared by the extracting Sb2O5 particles existed in the water phase into the non-polar organic solvent using surface adsorption coating modification and extraction method.Results showed that organic amine A could modify Sb2O5 particles and Organic acid B could promote Sb2O5 particle which stable with TEA modification.Through the experiment obtains each material optimal adding quantities as follows: V(organic amine A):m(Sb2O5)≈1:2.22;V(organic acid B):VTEA≈4:1.The organic sol particle distribution in 6~11nm measured by Nano-ZS laser granulometer.
