多学科优化设计在热成形车架轻量化中的应用

摘    要:采用最优拉丁方试验设计方法进行样本数据设计,采用移动最小二乘响应面方法构建白车身扭转刚度、白车身关键区域强度、整车正碰多学科系统的近似模型。利用连续二次规划优化方法对此近似模型进行优化,将热成形板的前中后大梁厚度、大梁内部加强板厚度作为设计变量,在满足正碰设计要求、白车身强度刚度要求的同时,显著减小了车架的质量。
