摘    要:介绍了应用于文丰钢铁公司板带热连轧精轧机上游机架的微张力模糊智能控制策略,给出了精轧机微张力控制电流记忆法的原理及速度级联策略;并且说明了模糊控制器输入量的模糊化以及输出量的清晰化方法,给出了相应的智能化模糊规则。实际应用结果表明,与传统的PID控制器相比,智能模糊微张力控制器避免了可能出现的带钢张力控制超调量大以及调节时间长等现象,控制效果明显得到改善。

Abstract:The intelligent fuzzy control strategy for micro tension control on finishing train was introduced.The theory of current memorizing method and speed cascade strategy were given.The methods of making fuzzy(controller's) input fuzzy and output clarification were shown,and the corresponding intelligent fuzzy laws were given.It was proved that compared with the traditional PID control method,the high overshoot and the longtime adjusting phenomenon can be eliminated by using this method,and the control effect is obviously improved.
