中宽带热连轧计算机控制系统

摘    要:根据热轧中宽带钢生产线的特点,给出了其自动控制系统的计算机配置和通讯方案;提出了出粗轧区轧机及辊道的速度控制和电动APC控制策略;将磁致位移传感器成功地应用到轧制生产中,提高了辊缝测量精度;给出了粗轧全自动控制方案和程序设计;针对活套起套速度设定不当可能引起带钢“颈缩”现象,提出了活套“软接触”解决方案;介绍了精轧机组无活套机架和粗轧机组模糊微张力控制的方法。

Abstract:The control system of a hot continuous middle width strip mill is introduced.Computer configuration and the way of communication is presented.The speed control strategy of mills and tabs in rough rolling section and APC strategy are given.Magnetostrictive position sensor is applied in rolling,which improving the precision of measurement of roll gap.Full automatic rolling strategy and program design of rough rolling section are presented.Considering the probably"necking down"caused by the impact of looper when they get contact,"soft touch"control is given;Fuzzy micro-tension control applied to the finish mills without looper and rough mills is introduced.
