基于广义特征的零件信息模型研究

摘    要:针对并行工程的需求,基于广义特征和STEP标准建立了零件信息模型,并在Pro/Engineer软件二次开发的基础上,实现了一个基于特征的CAD系统,该系统可实现自动特征识别。基于所建立的零件信息模型,系统可自动生成STEP文件,为设计的后续过程提供丰富的零件信息,便于实现CAD与后续过程的集成和并行。利用建立的零件信息模型,实现了CAD/CAPP/DFM的信息集成。

Abstract:A part information model is established based on STEP and generalized feature according to concurrent engineering. A feature-based CAD system is developed based on Pro/Engineer software. The features of a part is recognized automatically by means of this CAD system, and STEP file is generated based on part information model in order to provide rich part information for down-stream activities. The information integration of CAD/CAPP/DFM is implemented based on the part information model.
