| 摘 要： | 工业废弃地系统由环境子系统、经济子系统和社会子系统构成.基于对各子系统进化主导因素的分析选择,提出工业废弃地土地更新利用的框架分别为环境子系统的生态系统进化、经济子系统的产业结构优化、社会子系统的社会利益维系以及系统整体的发展循环经济,论述了4个框架下土地更新利用的11种模式,提出了工业废弃地土地更新利用的程序. |
