摘    要:信息技术在企业的应用越来越广,从核心的生产经营业务到日常的管理事务,从办公自动化到事务流程的办理,都可以通过信息系统来开展。离开信息系统,企业的业务开展必然受到制约,甚至无法开展。而保证信息系统的正常运行则成了系统运维部门的首要任务,快速有效地解决系统问题成为系统运维部门的基本要求。信息系统状态综合监控系统能够保证系统运维部门更好地完成工作,从应急处理的"被动"式运维转为可预见性的"主动"式运维,做到提早发现问题、及时解决问题,保证信息系统正常可靠地运行,为业务的顺利开展提供有力的技术支持。

Abstract:Information technology is more and more widely used in enterprises, from the core production and operation business, to daily management affairs, from office automation, to transaction processing, all can be carried out through information system. Without the information system, the business development of enterprises is bound to be restricted, or even unable to carry out. To ensure the normal operation of the information system has become the primary problem of the system operation and maintenance department. To solve the system problem quickly and effectively has become the basic requirement of the system operation and maintenance department. The information system status integrated monitoring system can ensure that the system operation and maintenance department can better complete the system operation and maintenance work, from the "passive" operation and maintenance of emergency treatment to the "active" operation and maintenance of predictability, so as to find problems in advance and solve problems in time, ensure the normal and reliable operation of the information system, and provide strong technical support for the smooth development of business.
