紧凑型机动式航管雷达结构设计

摘    要:基于紧凑化设计理念,研究了机动式航管雷达的结构设计技术。阐述了应用Pro/E三维设计软件构建数字化样机以及采用四连杆机构原理的举升设计和分块式抛物反射面天线的结构设计方法;同时论述了用转轴式结构解决一二次雷达天线的合装设计和机动式航管雷达天馈线的快速架设解决方案;分析了凸型方舱结构设计和机柜直列设计的集成化设计方法;最后结合抗风设计的软件仿真优化设计,实现了高可靠性机动式航管雷达的紧凑化结构设计。结果证明,紧凑化结构设计理念对机动式雷达结构设计能起到促进作用。
