基于模糊PID技术的CO2激光器功率控制研究

摘    要:为保证CO2激光输出功率的稳定性,提出了基于模糊PID技术的CO2激光功率控制系统。PID技术用于对激光器电源电流的控制,模糊控制用于对PID参数在线实时自整定,模糊PID控制算法用单片机实现。试验结果表明,采用模糊PID控制技术可使CO2激光器获得稳定的功率输出,整机系统稳定可靠。

Abstract:In order to ensure the stability of CO2 laser output power,CO2 laser power control system based on fuzzy PID technology is proposed.PID technology and fuzzy control technology are used to respectively control the electric current of lasers and the variables of PID parameters which is an online self-tuning system.The fuzzy PID control algorithm was realized with SCM(single chip microcomputer).The results show that the fuzzy PID control technology enables a stable CO2 laser power output,and the whole system i...
