| 摘 要： | 基于Android手机平台，提出了一种工商移动监管系统的解决方案。该方案主要结合了Openmobster云平台、JBoss服务器和Android手机平台，通过WiFi或3G网络，使外出执法人员通过移动终端进行信息采集并上传至服务器。该系统主要分为服务器、Web客户端和手机客户端三部分，首先介绍了整个系统的框架结构，然后详细分析了各个模块的具体设计与实现，最后在手机上进行了测试，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Based on the Android platform,the paper proposes a solution for business mobile monitoring system, this scheme mainly corn bines Openmobster cloud platform, JBoss server and Android ceil phone platform. Through WiFi or 3G network it implements law enforcement officers to go through the mobile terminal, collect information and upload to the server. The system is mainly divided into the server, the Web client and mobile client. First of all, the paper introduces the frame structure of the whole system, then it analyzes the design and implementation of each module, and at last the design on the phone are tested with good results. |
