摘    要:为研究并寻求能够满足柴油机各运行工况下的SCR尿素水溶液喷射系统开展了喷嘴雾化试验。试验分别研究了空气辅助雾化和单流体纯液两种喷嘴,在不同的压力、流量、测量位置及在有风速情况下的雾化效果,包括雾化颗粒平均直径、雾化角等特性参数。研究表明:相比单流体纯液喷嘴,空气辅助雾化喷嘴更具优势。

Abstract:Nozzle atomization tests were carried out to study and obtain a SCR urea solution injection sys﹣tem which can meet the requirtments of diesel engines under varied working conditions. The tests studied two different nozzles respectively, including air auxiliary atomization and single﹣fluid pure liquid nozzles, and their atomization effect under different pressure, flow, measurement positions and when there was certain wind speed. The atomization effect means characteristic parameters such as average diameter of at﹣omization particles, atomization angles, etc. Research shows that compared with single﹣fluid pure liquid nozzles, air auxiliary atomization nozzles boast better performance.
