| 摘 要： | 通过对大豆油加工厂的106个大豆油样品进行苯并（a）芘含量的检测,结果表明：未检出苯并（a）芘的样品数量占37.8%;检出0~1μg/kg苯并（a）芘的样品数量占43.4%;检出1~2μg/kg苯并（a）芘的样品数量占7.5%;检出2~10μg/kg苯并（a）芘的样品占11.3%;一级大豆油中的苯并（a）芘含量低于三级大豆油。

| Abstract: | The benzo （a） pyrene content of 106 soybean oil samples produced by five different factories were tested. The number of samples not detected of benzopyrene accounts for 37.8%, the number of samples detected of 0~1 μg/kg benzopyrene accounts for 43.4%, the number of samples detected of 1~2μg/kg benzopyrene accounts for 7.5% ,the number of samples detected of 2~10μg/kg benzopyrene accounts for 11.3% ,the level one soybean oil has lower benzo （a） pyrene content than the level three soybean oil. |
