| 摘 要： | 上海旗忠森林体育城网球中心主赛场在国内首次采用可开肩式钢结构屋面.施工中采用了"一点吊装、平面滑移"的技术进行安装,即采取同一固定点吊装,先将分段钢环梁利用环梁轨道和液压顶推设备滑移,分段逐步滑移和顶推、逐步拼接,直至钢环梁合拢.将合拢后的钢环梁和环梁轨道作为滑移底座,按对称、平衡的顺序将每片钢叶瓣分别吊装至安装平台上,再次利用钢环梁、环梁轨道和液压顶推滑移设备,将8片钢叶瓣逐步安装到位.该项技术的成功应用确保了主赛场钢结构屋顶安装的同时,为裙房结构同步施工提高了工作面,大大缩短了工程建设周期,保证了施工进度、质最、安全.
