| 摘 要： | 由于土地是不可再生的准公共品,市场土地供应总是小于土地需求。一个城市的土地总体价格水平将会因为资本追加、土地的集约利用以及城市基础设施、公共服务的改善而得到提高,地价总是趋于动态增长的。本文就是试图对这一现象进行研究。

| Abstract: | Land is one of unrenewable quasi-public products,whose supply is always less than demand.The urban total land price always tends to be growing dynamically,since the capital addition and intensive utilization of land and the improvement of basic installations and public service in city.The phenomenon of the dynamic growth of urban land price is studied in this paper. |
