机床造型质量的模糊层次综合评价

摘    要:应用模糊评价和层次分析法相结合的方法对机床造型质量进行评价。根据工业设计基本原理,建立机床造型质量的评价指标体系。构建机床造型质量评价因素集以及评价指标的递阶层次结构,利用层次分析法计算各指标相对权重向量。然后通过单因素模糊评价,根据最大隶属度原则确定各机床造型质量的等级。引入评价尺度集,进一步细致划分造型质量等级。以4台数控机床为评价实例,说明模糊层次综合评价法用于机床造型质量评价是可行的。

Abstract:Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process has been applied into the evaluation of machine tool model quality. The evaluation system was established according to industrial design principles. The quality evaluation item set and the analytic hierarchy structure were set up. Analytic hierarchy process can be applied to calculate the relative weight vector of each item. Through fuzzy evaluation of each item and the maximum membership degree principle, the quality hierarchy of each machine tool model quality can be defined. The introduction of the evaluation yardstick aggregate can further define the hierarchy of the model quality. Four NC machine tools were illustrated for evaluation. Research results demonstrate that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is feasible for quality evaluation of machine tool models.
