应用氧化物冶金技术开发非调质钢的研究

摘    要:从氧化物冶金机理分析入手,结合合金元素对钢组织的影响,对氧化物冶金型非调质钢进行了实验研究.结果表明:冶炼过程中添加合金元素(V、N)后,可形成细小、弥散分布的、高熔点的碳、氮化物小颗粒,并以此作为晶内铁素体的形核核心,析出了大量的以细小的夹杂物为核心的晶内铁素体,明显细化了组织,提高了钢的力学性能.

Abstract:From the mechanism of oxide metallurgy and the impact of alloy elements on steel microstructure,the non-quenched and tempered steel produced by oxides metallurgy technology are studied.Experiment results show that fine,dispersed carbon and carbon nitride with high melting points can be formed after adding alloy elements(V,N)during smelting process.A great deal of intragranular ferrite are precipitated based on fine inclusions,which obviously refine microstructure and improve mechanical property of steel.
