| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司PTA装置从225 kt／a扩容至400 kt／a过程中主要设备腐蚀与用材变化情况。通过分析认为，必须加强管理与监测，采用优质耐蚀材料，以防止点蚀、冲蚀、应力腐蚀破裂与焊缝腐蚀等，确保安全稳定生产。

| Abstract: | The PIA unit in SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co. ,Ltd has been expanded from 225,000 TPY to 400,000 TPY. The changes of corrosion of main equipment in the expansion project of the PTA unit and material selections are introduced. The analysis shows that the corrosion management and monitoring must be strengthened and high - quality material must be selected to prevent spot corrosion, erosion corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and welds corrosion etc so as to ensure a safe reliable operation. |
