大结构参数无底柱分段崩落法在缓倾斜中厚矿体中的应用

摘    要:随着无底柱分段崩落法在缓倾斜矿体应用条件的不断扩大,目前生产矿山中出现了加大采矿方法结构参数的趋势。对大结构参数无底柱分段崩落法在缓倾斜中厚矿体中应用的可行性进行了实验及理论研究。研究表明,在缓倾斜中厚矿体条件下,下盘残留矿量的回收是关键。而且在矿体的赋存条件一定的情况下,随着结构参数的加大,将使下盘范围内的残留矿量占分段回采矿量的比例显著增加。但只要下盘退采充分,即便是大结构参数的无底柱分段崩落法,其矿石也能得到比较充分的回收,大结构参数方案仍具有可行性。

Abstract:The trend of increasing structural parameters of sublevel caving appears along with the application of sublevel caving method in gently inclined mid-thick ore body increasing steadily.The feasibility of using sublevel caving with larger parameters in gently inclined mid-thick ore body has been reviewed both in theory and laboratory.The research showed that the recovery of residual ore at foot wall is the key in exploration of gently inclined mid-thick ore body.In the case of the known ore-body occurrence conditions,the proportion of the footwall residual ore quantity in sublevel stoping ore quantity increases significantly with the increasing of structural parameters.The ore can be recovered sufficiently even if the larger structural parameters pillarless sublevel caving is used in gently inclined mid-thick ore body when enough mining retreating happens.It is feasible for the sublevel caving with larger structural parameters used in gently inclined mid-thick ore body.
