摘    要:光纤陀螺的制造工艺决定陀螺的漂移、刻度因数等参数随着运行时间的增加发生变化,必须定期进行陀螺重标定。实验室的传统标定方法依赖于高精度三轴转台,不能满足现场标定的要求。针对现场标定条件,必须降低标定对于姿态基准的要求。针对该问题,分析旋转机构误差调制机理,充分利用旋转机构,以输入角速率变量为基准,给出一种适用于现场标定的六位置标定方法。以自制的光纤陀螺为研究对象,实验结果表明:该方法与传统实验室标定方法精度相当,缩短了标定时间,有效地降低了标定对转台的依赖。

Abstract:Restricted by present manufacture techniques,the FOG gyro drift,scale factor and other parameters are changed with the time increasing.For this reason,there is need to re-calibrated gyro periodically.Laboratory calibration method relies on the high-precision three-axis turntable,which can not meet the field calibration requirements.Aiming at field calibration condition,the requirements for attitude reference must be reduced.To slove this problem,rotary error modulation mechanism is analyzed.The input angular rate variable is taken as the reference,by fully use rotating mechanism,a new six-position calibration method is presented for field calibration. Based on the self-made FOG,the experimental results show that this method and the traditional method are almost on the same accurate level,and also the present method reduce the calibration time and the dependence of calibration on turntable.
