铝电解多功能机组打壳机构改造实践

摘    要:介绍了电解铝用多功能机组直立式打壳机构存在的问题及其对双阳极碳块结构的大型预焙槽运行造成的不良影响,分析了改造前后打壳机构的工作原理,采用新型四连杆打壳机构后,能实现打击电解槽中缝,减少电解槽波动,促进电解槽平稳高效运行的目标。
