纳米碳酸钙复合淀粉基薄膜的制备及力学表征

摘    要:实验采用分步改性再共混的方法,用流延工艺制备碳酸钙复合淀粉基薄膜,探究碳酸钙助剂对淀粉基薄膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:以碳酸钙作为助剂,选择添加0.2 g的碳酸钙(即占淀粉添加质量的4%) 80℃加热搅拌1 h,继续升温至90℃,共混2 h为最佳条件;此时的拉伸强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率分别为6.091 8 MPa、384.997 5 MPa、15.172 4%。

Abstract:In the experiment, a stepwise modification and blending method was used to prepare a calcium carbonate composite starch-based film by a casting process. The effects of calcium carbonate additives on the properties of starchbased films were explored. Under the influence on the properties of starch-based films, the prepared samples were analyzed.The experimental results show that when calcium carbonate is used as an adjuvant, 0.2 g of calcium carbonate(that is, 4% of the added mass of starch) is selected to be heated and stirred at 80℃ for 1 h, the temperature is further increased to 90℃, and blended for 2 h to optimal conditions;tensile strength, elastic modulus, and elongation at break at this time are 6.091 8 MPa, 384. 997 5 MPa and 15.1272 4% respectively.
