摘    要:渤海油田部分区块沙河街组常压储层,因注采不平衡,地层压力出现不同程度的降低,储层压力亏空较为严重,直接影响了射孔时负压放喷对孔道的清洁效果。为更好实现射孔孔道的清洁,提高孔眼流动效率,研究了一种可实现在孔道形成后极短时间内产生高压气流冲刷孔道,清洁射孔压实带,有效反排射孔孔道岩石碎屑和射流残体,使孔道保持高度清洁的自清洁射孔技术。该技术已在渤海油田沙河街组储层完成2口井的现场应用。应用表明,自清洁射孔技术有效提高了负压射孔放喷效果,为渤海油田沙河街组压力亏空储层达到理想的放喷效果,提高油井产量提供了经验和技术储备。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the Bohai Oilfield, the atmospheric pressure reservoirs of the Shahejie Formation in some blocks of the Bohai Oilfield, due to the imbalance ofinjection and production, the formation pressure has decreased to varying degrees, and the reservoir pressure deficit is more serious, which directly affects the negative pressure during perforation. Cleaning effect of pressure release spray on the channel. In order to better clean the perforation channel and improve the flow efficiency of the perforation, a self-cleaning perforation technology to keep the channel highly clean was studied, which can generate high-pressure air flow to flush the channel and clean the perforation in a very short time after the channel is formed and effectively reverse the perforated tunnel rock debris. This technology has been applied to two wells in the Shahejie Formation of Bohai Oilfield. The application shows that the self-cleaning perforating technology effectively improves the negative pressure perforating discharge effect, and provides experience and technology for achieving the ideal discharge effect for the pressure-deficient reservoir of the Shahejie Formation in the Bohai Oilfield.
