应用藻类的荧光响应检测重金属毒性

摘    要:目前的水质监测生物毒性检测方法,虽然在物质的综合毒性方面比传统的理化方法全面,但其测试程序耗时长,对于测试生物的培养操作也较为复杂。寻求一种快速、准确的方法成为水中毒物生物检测方法的研究热点。以藻类为挈入点,综述了重金属对藻类生长、光合作用、荧光特性等的胁迫表现,介绍了藻类的荧光原理,分析了藻类荧光性在毒性检测方面的前景。

Abstract:Biotoxicity testing can intuitivey reflect the compositive toxicity of contaminated water to biology species,but there are still some shortcomings:Test need a long time,the microorganism raise is complex.This paper reviews on the damage of heavy metals on algae,the fundamentals of chlorophyll fluorescence analysiswere introduced,analysis the application prospect of this method on Toxicity testing.
