城市桥梁防灾减灾的对策研究

近期，国家住房和城乡建设部发布了“关于建设系统防灾减灾工作的意见”，为了引起对城市桥梁防灾减灾问题的高度重视，推动我国城市桥梁建设的健康和可持续发展，本文首先对发生在美国、日本和中国的7个城市桥梁的典型的灾害情况进行了综合分析，然后诠释了城市桥梁防灾减灾的内涵。同时，客观地指出了当前我国城市桥梁防灾减灾的现状和存在的问题，并陈述了目前国际桥梁界在该领域的发展趋势，从而提出了相关的对策建议。

Countermeasure Research on Disaster Prevention and Reduction of City Bridge

＂The disaster prevention and reduction view in construction system＂ has been issued by Ministry of Hosing and Urban-Rural Department of People＇s Republic of China recently. In order to bring high attention to this prob- lem and to push the keeping and healthy development of our country＇s bridge construction, seven typical disaster examples of city bridge in American, Japan and China were firstly analyzed, and then the content of city bridge disaster prevention and reduction was presented. In the meantime, the situation and problems of this field were demonstrated out objectively. Finally the international developing tendency was also pointed out. Therefore relative tactical suggestions were putted forward in the paper.
