| 摘 要： | 为实现国家电网公司"一强三优"的战略目标,公司的发展方式将面临重大转变。科技管理工作作为电网公司总体管理工作的组成部分,也会随之发生转变。在科技管理变革中,重点应处理好技术与管理、科技投入与效益、科技创新与技术标准、自主创新与合作研究、科技计划和科技规划、科技创新与人才队伍建设等六个方面的关系。

| Abstract: | In order to implement ′One Strength and Three Excellences′ strategic target of State Grid Company,the mode of development of the company faces huge change.As the component element of the management work of grid company,scientific and technological management changes accordingly.In the reform of scientific and technological management,six kinds of relationships should be handled well,between technology and management,technological inputs and benefits,scientific and technological innovation and technology standard,independent innovation and cooperative research,scientific and technological plans and programs as well as scientific and technological innovation and talent rank construction. |
