特大悬索桥主索鞍鞍体制作工艺研究

摘    要:主索鞍是悬索桥主缆系的重要受力构件,特大悬索桥主索鞍鞍体结构体积质量大,构造复杂,一般为铸焊式结构,其制作涉及到铸造、焊接、机加工等专业。以南京长江四桥主索鞍鞍体为例,研究主索鞍鞍体焊接和机加工主要技术工艺,对制作过程的难点、重点进行分析,通过采取相应的工艺控制措施,取得了优良的产品质量,可以为特大型悬索桥主索鞍鞍体的制作提供参考。

Abstract:The main cable saddle is the important stress member of the main cable system for a suspension bridge , which features large structure , heavy mass and complicated structure , generally a cast-welded structure , its manufacture involves casting , welding and machining etc.This paper takes Nanjing Yangtze River Fourth Bridge main cable saddle body for example , the main technique and process of welding and machining were studied and the difficulty and key points of manufacture process were analyzed.By taking appropriate process control measures , excellent product quality was got , which provided some reference for the super large suspension bridge saddle body manufacture.
