微涡流混凝技术在十堰水厂的应用

摘    要:十堰某水厂采用涡流反应器对机械澄清池进行改造,改造后单池处理规模由1280m^3/h提高到2500m^3/h,澄清池出水浊度〈3NTU,出厂水浊度〈1NTU,改造投资〈30元/m^3。实践表明,涡流反应器具有混凝效率高、反应时间短、出水水质优、适应能力强、施工方便等优点,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:The mechanical clarification tanks in Shiyan Waterworks were reconstructed using vortex reactors. After the reconstruction, the treatment scale of the single tank is increased from 1 280 m3/h to 2 500 m3/h, the treated water turbidity of the clarification tank is lower than 3 NTU, the turbidity of the finished water is lower than 1 NTU, and the reconstruction cost is less than 30 Yuan/m3.
