| Abstract: | The principle of value engineering is introduced. Taking the choice of heat/cold source scheme of air conditioning for some synthesis building in Xuzhou city as the example, the determination of each function target and the grade method within the comparison of 4 kind of the heat/cold sources scheme for air conditioning are explained. Using the method of value engineering, the most superior scheme is obtained. |
