| 摘 要： | 本文研究了对非线性网络进行混合域分析的谐波平衡法,它既可以改善计算精度,又可以提高速度,计算速度比全时域分析提高十倍以上,并且比全频域法要简单得多.它可以用来分析混频器、功率上变频器、振荡器等非线性电路.

| Abstract: | The composite-domain method of harmonic-balanced method for nonlinear network is studied in this paper. Using this method, not only the precision can be improved, but also the computing speed increases, which is 10 times or more faster than that of the time-domain method, and the calculation is simpler than that of the frequency-domain method. It can be used for the analysis of nonlinear microwave and millimetre-wave circuits, such as mixer, power up-converter. oscillator, and so on. |
